The wheelchair is allowed on tour however regretfully, it can not be accommodated inside of the helicopter. Instead, the wheelchair can remain stored at the airport while your son takes the helicopter ride.
When placing your reservation online, please leave a note in the comment box that your group will be traveling with a wheelchair so that we may inform our local office ahead of time.

If you wish to fly out of the LAX airport on the same day, please book a U.S. domestic flight after 9:30pm and international flight after 10:30pm.
You should make your own transportation to the airport and catch your flight if your flight time is earlier than above mentioned time. Meanwhile, you should take your own responsibility if you can not catch your flight.

How far is the Grand Canyon airport from Vegas? Are there buses to the airport and if so how long would it take?
Do you happen to stop anywhere for us to get out and if not what would be the best way to experience the skywalk?

The Skywalk is in West Rim but this tour (12-465) visits Grand Canyon South, it takes about 5 hours by bus from Las Vegas to South Rim and you need to arrange your own transportation.

When the weather allows it you will visit Yosemite but when the weather is too cold the itinerary will be replaced with 17 mile scenic drive.

There likely will not be enough time to go on a mule ride as they run for a minimum of 2 hours. The tour group will spend a little more than 3 hours at the Grand Canyon South.

You can choose to add on pre or post tour hotel extensions in Las Vegas to the 3 day tour package after you click on the "book now" button in the tour's information page.
We do assist with hotel extensions to book at the same hotel used for the tour (Circus Circus hotel) but the tour does not offer airport pickup. You can choose to add on the airport transfers to the tour package as necessary:
